Are you sure you aren’t thinking of American Dad? Stan takes up a new “hobby” and then proceedes to blame his need to indulge in the hobby and then takes over TV to save America from TV’s dirty influence.
When he’s discussing this with the Senate they watch a clip of The Simple Life.

I don’t remember seeing that one but I remember the Paris South Park episode where her little dog blew his brains out so he didn’t have to deal with her anymore. Priceless! South Park and Family Guy know no bounds and I love it!

I don’t know but check the South Park Episode with Paris Hilton promoting her “stupid spoilt whore playset” and wanting to keep Butters.
It’s funnier and more thought out than the Family Guy eps.
